Day 1:


Welcome Ceremony and Deepawali Celebrations

6:00 AM: Wake Up & Herbal Tea Refresh Begin your journey with a refreshing cup of herbal tea, awakening your senses and preparing your body and mind for the day's activities.

7:00 AM: Hatha Yoga (Classical & Relaxation) Engage in a gentle Hatha Yoga session, focusing on classical poses and relaxation techniques to center your mind and body.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast & Free Time Savor a nutritious breakfast and take some free time to relax, explore the surroundings, or engage in personal reflection.

12:00 PM: Decoration with Lights, Candles, Deepak, Diya, and Rangoli Making; Meditation Session Dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi Immerse yourself in the vibrant preparations for Deepawali. Decorate the space with lights, candles, Deepak, Diya, and create intricate rangoli designs. Participate in a serene meditation session dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, invoking her blessings for wealth, prosperity, purity, generosity, and beauty.

5:00 PM: Start of Deepawali Celebrations: Exchange Sweets, Gifts, and Good Wishes; Enjoy Spiritual Music and Taste Traditional Indian Sweets Join the festive spirit of Deepawali by exchanging sweets, gifts, and heartfelt wishes with fellow participants. Delight in traditional Indian sweets while enjoying soothing spiritual music that enhances the celebratory ambiance.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner Conclude the day with a delicious dinner, savoring the flavors of a carefully prepared meal.


Day 2


6:00 AM: Wake Up & Herbal Tea Begin your day with a refreshing herbal tea, setting a peaceful tone for the morning.

7:00 AM: Mantra Chanting & Pranayama Practices Engage in mantra chanting and pranayama practices, harmonizing your breath and mind while experiencing the powerful vibrations of sacred sounds.

9:00 AM: Breakfast & Free Time Enjoy a wholesome breakfast followed by free time for relaxation or personal activities.

12:00 PM: Yoga Philosophy, Theory & Practices Dive deep into the philosophy, theory, and practices of yoga, exploring its profound teachings and principles.

2:00 PM: Karma Yoga (Seva) - Voluntary Work with Golden Silence Participate in Karma Yoga, engaging in selfless service (Seva) while observing golden silence, fostering mindfulness and inner peace.

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Tea Break Take a break to enjoy a cup of tea, reflecting on the day's activities.

5:30 PM: Sound Healing Session with Yoga Nidra Experience the therapeutic benefits of a sound healing session followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner End the day with a nourishing dinner, enjoying the company of fellow participants.


Day 3

6:00 AM: Wake Up & Herbal Tea Start your day with a refreshing herbal tea.

7:00 AM: Yoga Session Participate in a rejuvenating yoga session, focusing on asanas that enhance flexibility and strength.

9:00 AM: Breakfast Enjoy a healthy breakfast, providing the energy needed for the day's activities.

12:00 PM: Meditation Session Join a meditation session, exploring techniques to calm the mind and connect with your inner self.

3:30 PM: Tea & Snacks Break Savor a delightful tea and snacks break.

5:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony & Spirit Dance Take part in a sacred cacao ceremony, using ceremonial-grade cacao to open your heart and deepen your spiritual connection. Follow this with a spirit dance, an ecstatic dance experience often performed blindfolded to enhance inward focus and self-expression.

7:00 PM: Dinner Enjoy a delicious dinner, reflecting on the day's transformative experiences.


Day 4


6:00 AM: Herbal Tea Refreshment Begin the day with a soothing herbal tea.

7:00 AM: Healing Guided Meditation & Breathwork Engage in a guided meditation and breathwork session, focusing on healing and rejuvenation.

9:00 AM: Breakfast Savor a wholesome breakfast.

3:30 PM: Tea & Snacks Enjoy a relaxing tea and snacks break.

5:00 PM: Practice Relaxation & Preparation for Yogic Sleep Learn and practice relaxation techniques to prepare for Yogic Sleep, including systematic relaxation exercises and chakra-focused meditations.

7:00 PM: Dinner Conclude the day with a nutritious dinner.


Day 5


6:00 AM: Herbal Tea Refreshment Start the day with a refreshing herbal tea.

7:00 AM: Hatha Yoga Asanas Practice Hatha Yoga Asanas, exploring different poses and their therapeutic benefits.

9:00 AM: Breakfast & Relaxation Enjoy a delicious breakfast followed by free time for relaxation.

3:30 PM: Tea & Snacks Take a break to enjoy tea and snacks.

5:00 PM: Kirtan - Devotional Singing and Chanting Participate in a Kirtan session, engaging in devotional singing and chanting to foster unity and connection.

7:00 PM: Dinner End the day with a delightful dinner.


Day 6


6:00 AM: Herbal Tea Refreshment Begin your day with a soothing herbal tea.

7:00 AM: Yoga Asanas & Meditation Engage in yoga asanas and meditation, including various types of meditation such as Ajapa Jap, Antar Moun, and Buddhist meditation.

10:00 AM: Local Tour Embark on a local tour, visiting temples and other places of interest to immerse yourself in the cultural richness of the area.

7:00 PM: Dinner Conclude the day with a nourishing dinner.


Day 7

6:00 AM: Herbal Tea Refreshment Start your day with a refreshing herbal tea.

7:00 AM: Breathing Exercise Practices Engage in breathing exercises, focusing on diaphragmatic and abdominal breathing techniques, and various pranayama practices.

9:00 AM: Breakfast Enjoy a healthy breakfast.

3:30 PM: Tea & Snacks Savor a delightful tea and snacks break.

5:30 PM: Group Discussion Participate in a group discussion, sharing experiences and insights from the retreat.

6:30 PM: Bonfire Gathering Session Join a bonfire gathering session, sharing stories and enjoying the warmth of the fire.

7:00 PM: Dinner End the day with a delicious dinner.


Day 8

Morning: Yoga Session, Spiritual Group Hugs, Photo Sessions, Goodbyes, and Closing Ceremony Begin the final day with a yoga session, followed by spiritual group hugs, photo sessions, and a closing ceremony. Express gratitude to nature and each other for the transformative experiences shared during the retreat.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your participation 3 months prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel 2 months prior to the event, you will receive an 80% refund.

  • If you cancel 1 month prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel 29 days or less before the event, no refund will be issued.


Ticket Transfer: If you cannot attend this program, your ticket's full price can be carried over to one of our upcoming programs. You can choose to participate in any future program, and we will adjust the ticket amount accordingly. Any difference in ticket price will be settled at the time of the new booking.


Guests: No participants can invite friends or family without obtaining consent from the organizer.

Behavior: It is important to respect all other participants and refrain from any arguments or conflicts during the event.

Substance Policy: No alcohol or smoking is allowed on the venue's premises.

Steffi is an Austrian Nurse, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, and Sound Healing Practitioner who teaches Vinyasa/Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Chakra Yoga in both German and English. Her deep passion for yoga has led her to share her practice with people worldwide. Now, she is going to help as a volunteer, helping teacher, coordinator, and yoga teacher.
