Day 1

Arrival and Welcome

Arrive at the retreat center

Welcome ceremony, orientation, and introduction to the program.

Then Relax

Dinner: Enjoy a nourishing meal with fellow participants.

Day 2

6:00 AM: Wake up and refresh with a cup of herbal tea.

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga Session

Yoga for Strength: Energize your body with strength-building yoga poses.

Fresh Breath Meditation: Centre your mind with deep breathing exercises.

9:00 AM – 10::30 AM Breakfast, after breakfast 11:30 -12:30 Pm - Yoga Philosophy and Practice, Philosophy on Indian Culture and Yoga: Discover the ancient wisdom of Indian philosophy and its connection to yoga.

Yog Nidra: In the evening starts at 5:30 pm Experience deep relaxation and conscious sleep.

Day 3

After morning 7 am session & Breakfast proceed for Spiritual tour

Visit local temples and learn about Indian culture and spirituality.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch outside

In the evening come back to Centre dinner time.

Enjoy personal time or explore the natural surroundings and relax.

Day 4

Day 6 Departure

6:00 AM: Wake up and refresh with herbal tea.

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Final Yoga and Meditation Session
